Our programs encompass acquisition, retention, events, partner marketing, product launches, and in branch partner marketing.
As a Marketing Associate in our dynamic team, you will be tasked to support and collaborate with marketing managers to identify opportunities, efficiencies, campaign strategy, and the framework for measurement and reporting programs. In addition, you will work with external Strategic Partners, Sales, Marketing Analytics, Product Management, internal/external agencies, and Legal and Compliance for the creative development and execution of all campaigns.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with strategic partners to design and implement acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Execute digital, partner, and offer-based campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy, timelines and budget constraints.
- Design bespoke client experiences, ensuring the successful execution of events and activations.
- Develop, manage, and optimize content delivery and internal communications across stakeholders.
- Create post event briefs for each program, tracking and communicating successes and identifying areas of improvement.
- Prepare presentations for meetings with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Process invoices and track expenses for marketing programs as needed.
- Manage onboarding of new vendors as required.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or another relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Impeccable project management skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and execute on tight deadlines.
- Positive, can-do attitude, comfortable with continuously evolving opportunities and priorities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience operating in a highly matrixed organization and collaborate across functions to develop and deliver innovative programs campaigns.
- Experience planning and executing smaller-scale lead generation events that are brand-relevant and high quality.
