Your role as Marketing Campaign Manager

The Growth & Events team is Dialogue's execution engine, converting strategy into pipeline, market presence, and measurable impact. We're looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to own social media as a growth channel and run integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and reinforce our national market presence.

This is a full-ownership role. You'll build the strategy, run the programs, and be accountable for results across B2B campaign execution, event promotion, social media growth, paid social, community management, employee advocacy, and social SEO. You report directly to the Director of Growth & Events. Please note that this is a 12-month mandate.

What you'll be doing

Social media growth

  • Own social media as a growth channel - set the strategy, build the playbooks, and drive measurable audience and engagement growth
  • Lead community management across all platforms: respond, engage, and build Dialogue's presence in relevant conversations
  • Manage paid social (boosting and ads): audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance optimization
  • Build and run Dialogue's employee advocacy program to extend organic reach and strengthen brand credibility
  • Drive social SEO and discoverability - optimize profiles, content formats, and publishing cadence for platform algorithms
  • Own social analytics and reporting: track reach, engagement, follower growth, conversion, and channel ROI; share learnings and recommendations with stakeholders

Campaign management

  • Plan and execute B2B demand gen campaigns end-to-end: brief, asset coordination, channel activation, and performance tracking
  • Run event promotion campaigns - from awareness to registration - in close partnership with the Events Manager
  • Coordinate with Content Marketing on the social calendar; own everything beyond content (distribution, amplification, targeting, paid, reporting)
  • Work with the Growth Specialist and GTM team to align campaign messaging with ICP, funnel stage, and sales priorities
  • Track campaign performance against pipeline contribution targets; iterate based on data

What Success Looks Like

  • B2B campaigns generate qualified leads and advance pipeline in support of the team's closed pipeline contribution target
  • Social media converts from a publishing channel into a measurable growth driver - audience growth, engagement, and pipeline influence tracked quarterly
  • Social analytics are reported consistently, with clear recommendations tied to business outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional relationships with Content Marketing, Events, Growth, and GTM

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with direct ownership of integrated campaigns
  • Proven track record of growing social channels and connecting social activity to business outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with paid social (LinkedIn a must; Meta and others an asset)
  • Experience building or contributing to an employee advocacy program
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfortable with analytics tools and able to build clear, actionable performance reports
  • Experience working with creative and content teams; ability to brief clearly and give sharp feedback
  • Familiarity with B2B demand gen and the full marketing funnel
