About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant II to support Centricity Research's digital marketing and patient recruitment initiatives. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll help launch and monitor campaigns, analyze performance, manage study marketing materials, coordinate sponsor revisions, and keep campaign activity organized across multiple platforms and locations.

This role requires someone who can work independently from high-level direction and take ownership of day-to-day execution. You'll launch digital and social media ads, track performance and KPIs, support campaign optimizations, maintain accurate study and campaign information, and follow deliverables through to completion without requiring frequent follow-up.

This is a full-time, remote position based in Canada with no regular travel required. The role offers schedule flexibility, but availability during Eastern Time business hours is required on Mondays and Thursdays to support key meetings and updates. You'll work across creative execution, analytics, sponsor communication, and regulated patient recruitment content.

What You'll Do
  • Campaign Launch and Monitoring: Launch and monitor digital and social media campaigns based on high-level strategy from the Marketing Manager, track performance, and support optimizations based on results.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track campaign metrics and KPIs, analyze results using marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Excel, and other tools, and help identify trends, opportunities, or potential website issues.
  • Marketing Materials: Create, update, and organize study recruitment and marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, website content, presentations, and other campaign assets.
  • Sponsor Coordination: Take ownership of sponsor follow-ups, distribute materials for review, incorporate requested revisions, and track approvals and outstanding deliverables through completion.
  • Campaign and Project Tracking: Maintain accurate campaign and study information, deadlines, metrics, comments, and project updates in Monday.com, spreadsheets, and other tracking tools.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, sponsors, and external partners to ensure materials and campaign information remain accurate, current, and aligned with brand and compliance requirements.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Bring 2-4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, campaign coordination, or a related field.
  • Have previous experience in healthcare, clinical research, patient recruitment, or a closely related industry.
  • Have hands-on experience launching and monitoring digital or social media campaigns, with an understanding of campaign metrics, KPIs, and basic optimization.
  • Are proficient in Excel for tracking and analyzing campaign data and comfortable using PowerPoint to create or update presentations.
  • Have experience creating and updating marketing materials and accurately incorporating stakeholder feedback and revisions.
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, sponsor follow-ups, and tasks that may span several weeks.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable collaborating with internal teams, sponsors, and external partners.
  • Have familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, or similar analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Monday.com or a similar project management platform is an asset.
  • Experience with Canva or a similar design tool, including making basic edits to existing ad creative, is an asset.
  • Experience coordinating sponsor or client approvals in a regulated environment is an asset.
