Support clinical trials from start to finish across two Quebec sites. Recruit and consent participants, perform autonomous blood draws, vitals, ECGs, POCT, collect/process/ship samples, maintain source documents/CRFs and CTMS, report adverse events, prepare for monitoring and audits, manage investigational product documentation, and collaborate with site teams to ensure GCP and protocol compliance.

Leads accounting and finance operations across US and Canadian entities, overseeing reporting, treasury, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, finance systems, acquisitions, refinancing, and financial integration. The VP develops the finance team, drives process automation and technology adoption, prepares executive and board reporting, and advises leadership and private equity stakeholders on financial strategy and organizational growth.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive and senior leadership: manage complex calendars and inboxes, coordinate meetings, travel, and board materials, maintain confidential records, publish internal communications via SharePoint, and partner with HR on employee engagement and events. Improve processes using Microsoft 365 and AI tools.

Partner with People Operations to support employees across Canada and the U.S. Manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and benefits administration, employee relations, leave and compliance. Prepare workforce reports, drive process improvements using HR technology and AI, support audits and strategic projects, and provide backup recruitment support while building cross-functional relationships to deliver excellent employee experiences.
