We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll analyze, optimize and execute our marketing strategy across FlightHub, reaching millions of travelers worldwide.

This role is perfect for a curious, results-oriented and analytical person who is ready to own the strategy, execution, and performance of our campaigns. You will question the status quo, think outside the box and help us achieve measurable growth.

What you will do:

  • Own and optimize SEM campaigns end-to-end across our brands
  • Use SQL and analytics tools to pull, clean, and analyze performance data
  • Turn insights into clear recommendations, experiments, and roadmap updates
  • Design, launch, and measure A/B tests across acquisition and retention levers
  • Partner with product, data, and creative teams to improve funnels and tracking

Vous remettrez en question le statu quo, sortirez des sentiers battus et nous aiderez à atteindre une croissance mesurable.

Vos missions :

  • Prendre en charge et optimiser les campagnes SEM de bout en bout pour toutes nos marques.
  • Utiliser SQL et des outils d'analyse pour extraire, nettoyer et analyser les données de performance.
  • Transformer les informations en recommandations claires, en expériences et en mises à jour de la feuille de route.
  • Concevoir, lancer et mesurer des tests A/B sur les leviers d'acquisition et de fidélisation.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes produit, données et création pour améliorer les entonnoirs de conversion et le suivi.

Profil recherché :

  • Esprit analytique, à l'aise pour prendre des décisions à partir de données et de compromis
  • Expérience en SEM, PPC ou marketing à la performance avec des résultats mesurables
  • Esprit curieux, capable de résoudre des problèmes, qui remet en question les hypothèses et cherche à comprendre comment les choses fonctionnent
  • Volonté et capacité d'apprendre rapidement de nouveaux outils
  • Communicateur clair, capable d'expliquer simplement des conclusions complexes aux parties prenantes
  • Épanouissement dans un environnement dynamique, axé sur les tests et l'apprentissage, et prise en charge réelle des responsabilités
