About the role:

As a Manager, Strategic Sourcing, you are accountable for executing Strategic Sourcing initiatives and managing assigned spend categories and vendor relationships to deliver commercial value, manage third‑party risk, and support business priorities. You will work closely with business, technology, legal, and risk partners to implement sourcing strategies and ensure supplier arrangements are commercially sound and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Negotiate supplier agreements within defined authority levels, balancing cost, risk, and service considerations.
  • Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and B‑10 contract assessments, ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and contribute to cost‑saving and value‑creation opportunities within assigned categories.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and vendors, supporting issue resolution and ongoing performance management.
  • Apply and promote sourcing best practices, tools, and processes to support consistency and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, or vendor management.
  • Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is an asset.
  • Solid commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to assess cost, risk, and business impact.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners across business, legal, technology, and risk teams.
