As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans aimed at high-net-worth advisors within the insurance sector. You will leverage your expertise in strategic marketing and understanding of the insurance industry to create innovative strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive growth, and ensure we remain the partner of choice for clients. 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for targeting advisor segments, aligning with company goals and market opportunities. 

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of clients, identifying key trends and opportunities within the insurance industry. 

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition to advisors, utilizing a mix of digital, print, and in-person tactics. 

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with advisors, acting as a trusted partner to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing support. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market initiatives. 

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing strategies, using data-driven insights to make informed adjustments and improvements. 

  • Brand Management: Enhance brand visibility and reputation among advisors through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and thought leadership initiatives. 

  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact and return on investment. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in strategic marketing within the insurance industry, with a focus on high-net-worth market clients. 

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and marketing principles. 

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. 

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), with the ability to build communication plans and write clear, strong marketing deliverables.  

  • Leadership and professionalism, with the ability to influence and partner with employees at all levels.  

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between

$85,300.00 CAD - $135,300.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
