Primary Location Pay Range: $138,726.72 - $208,090.08

Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the GTM strategy across direct, indirect, and self-serve channels.
- Run segmentation and market valuations to inform sales prioritization and optimize plans for new and existing customer segments.
- Refine and maintain the Ideal Customer Profile (in partnership with the Head of Partnerships) integrating customer insights, competitive analysis, and market data to guide strategic initiatives.
- Design and evaluate incentive programs and SPIFs to optimize performance across internal and external sales teams, in collaboration with Finance.
- Develop frameworks for territory design and account allocation to ensure coverage aligned with market opportunity and channel capacity.
- Monitor core GTM KPIs including CAC, LTV, and payback; use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve business outcomes.
- Lead efforts to increase advertiser retention and average spend by translating data into actionable base management tactics.
- Partner with Finance and Partnerships to evaluate and structure commercial terms with business partners that drive sustainable, profitable growth.
- Partner with Finance and Partnerships to maintain accurate revenue forecasts, track funnel performance, and inform quarterly sales planning.
Requirements:
- Background in strategy, GTM operations, sales strategy, or management consulting with a focus on marketing & sales within Advertising or CTV
- Experience supporting sales or partnerships functions; familiarity with commercial deal structuring and incentive design is a plus
- Experience providing analytical insights and strategic recommendations for major growth decisions
- Experience performing marketplace analyses, segmentation, channel evaluation, and forecasting that led to clear revenue growth
- Comfort with the marketing dynamics and lingo of the ad tech and CTV industries. A major plus if you have directly worked within the ad sales space
- Fluency with GTM KPIs (e.g., retention, CAC, lead scoring, ARPU) and the levers that drive them
- Hypothesis-led problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Structured communication and problem solving
- Self-starter attitude - a plus if you have experience working at a startup / growth-stage business
