Coveo is looking for a Manager of financial reporting and compliance to oversee the financial reporting function of our organization. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing public financial statements, managing the preparation of the Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), and ensuring compliance with internal controls (52-109) and other regulatory standards. You will play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of the company's financial operations.

As the Manager, Financial Reporting & Compliance, you will:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
  • Lead the preparation of the MD&A to accurately reflect the company’s financial performance and position.
  • Oversee the preparation and coordination of the company’s annual report.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial data, including supervising controls testing.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and resolution of complex accounting issues related to revenue recognition, lease accounting, financial instruments, and other non-routine transactions.
  • Partner with diverse teams to creatively address financial information needs, acting as a trusted business advisor while embracing a variety of exciting projects that bring unique challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • You have your CPA designation.
  • You have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • You’re fluent in English and French to collaborate globally.
  • You have the ability to juggle multiple projects while handling reporting tasks.
