Salary range (but not limited to):

118,700 - 145,100

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur(trice), Consolidation au sein de l’équipe Finances corporatives qui jouera un rôle essentiel dans le soutien de notre croissance. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la préparation des états financiers consolidés trimestriels. Ce rôle requiert une expertise solide en finance d'entreprise, notamment dans le domaine de la consolidation et de l’information financière, ainsi qu'une capacité démontrée à gérer des projets complexes.

LIEU DE TRAVAIL : Montréal (2020, boul. Robert-Bourassa), QC (hybride)

Voici quelques-unes des façons dont vous ferez avancer les choses :

  • Superviser et contribuer au processus de consolidation financière mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle pour l'ensemble du groupe, incluant la coordination avec différentes régions;

  • Participer à la divulgation des états financiers consolidés trimestriels et annuels incluant la préparation/revue de notes s’y afférents de Intact Corporation Financière en ligne avec les IFRS et les meilleures pratiques;

  • Participer activement à la gestion et à l'exécution des divers projets financiers pouvant porter sur des sujets complexes;

  • Diriger certaines initiatives de transformation financière en lien à l’amélioration continue des processus financiers et au développement de nouveaux outils de gestion;

  • Coordonner le processus de vérification avec les auditeurs externes;

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les divers départements de finance dans la réalisation de vos activités;

  • Contribuer à l’amélioration des contrôles 52-109 afin de maintenir un environnement de contrôle interne robuste;

  • Encadrer et développer les membres de l'équipe, favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et axé sur les résultats.

Exigences

  • Titre comptable CPA – obligatoire;

  • Minimum de 8 années d’expérience pertinente, notamment en consolidation et divulgation financière;

  • Bonne connaissance des IFRS (un atout);

  • Expérience en entreprise publique et/ou dans le secteur de l'assurance IARD, le tout dans un environnement international et multidevises (un atout);

  • Expérience pratique dans la mise en place et l’opérationnalisation des contrôles 52-109;

  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets financiers complexes;

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion multitâche dans un contexte dynamique;

  • Goût prononcé pour l’utilisation des technologies, incluant les outils d’intelligence artificielle;

  • Fortes aptitudes analytiques, de synthèse et rigueur;

  • Leadership avéré, esprit d'équipe, autonomie, et capacité à interagir efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation;

  • Capacité d’apprentissage rapide et agilité;

  • Microsoft Office : niveau intermédiaire/avancé;

  • Compétences dans l'utilisation d'ERP et d'outils de consolidation financière, notamment "Oracle" et "Workiva" sont des atouts;

  • Bilinguisme requis (Français / Anglais) – Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
