Le magasinier est responsable de la gestion des stocks, de la réception et de l’expédition des marchandises. Il assure le bon fonctionnement du magasin en veillant à l’exactitude des inventaires, à l’organisation des produits et à l’approvisionnement des différentes équipes internes.

Responsabilités principales

  • Recevoir et vérifier les marchandises (quantité, conformité, état)

  • Effectuer le rangement et l’organisation des produits dans l’entrepôt ou le magasin

  • Assurer la préparation, l’emballage et l’expédition des commandes

  • Maintenir un inventaire précis (comptes cycliques, ajustements dans le système)

  • Effectuer les entrées et sorties de pièces dans les systèmes informatiques

  • Vérifier les produits avant expédition pour garantir leur conformité

  • Participer à la gestion des retours, échanges et produits défectueux

  • Effectuer la prise d’inventaire périodique et analyser les écarts

  • Suivi des coûts fluctuations d’inventaire et des dépenses quotidiennes (KPI)

  • Maintenir l’ordre, la propreté et la sécurité du lieu de travail

  • Utiliser les équipements de manutention (chariot élévateur, etc.)

  • Collaborer avec la maintenance, les achats et les opérations pour assurer la disponibilité des pièces

  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée au bon fonctionnement du magasin, et agir occasionnellement comme support aux achats.

Exigences du poste

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) ou équivalent

  • Formation en logistique, gestion des stocks ou domaine connexe (atout)

  • Expérience pertinente en entrepôt ou magasin (atout)

  • Connaissance des systèmes de gestion d’inventaire

  • Capacité à utiliser des outils informatiques (ex. : Excel, ERP)

  • Permis de chariot élévateur (un atout)

  • Sens de l’organisation et rigueur

  • Autonomie et débrouillardise

  • Esprit d’équipe et collaboration

  • Capacité à respecter les délais et travailler sous pression

  • Attention aux détails

  • Capacité à réaliser plusieurs tâches simultanément
