Local Marketing ConsultantLaval, QC - Hybrid (2 days in office)

Uniban Canada/Driven Glass Canada is a proud member of Driven Brands™, representing the glass industry in Canada and part of the organization’s franchise division. Our Canadian team is looking for a Local Marketing Consultant to support and execute a variety of marketing projects simultaneously. Reporting to the Sr Director of Marketing, the Local Marketing Consultant will work closely with the Sr Marketing Consultant and will be responsible for developing and implementing local marketing tactics for the VitroPlus and Docteur du Pare-Brise brands in Quebec, and UniglassPlus in English Canada, with the goal of increasing store visibility in their markets and supporting their business objectives. You will bring the brand to life locally to help ensure franchisee success across the country.


Main Responsibilities:

Franchisee service and advisory role

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with franchisees
  • Support shops in implementing their local marketing initiatives
  • Present plans, results, and recommendations to franchisees and their teams
  • Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions tailored to shop needs
  • Demonstrate appropriate knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by the various brands
  • Draft communications for franchisees and the networks

New shop management

  • Plan and coordinate marketing activities related to new shop openings
  • Closely monitor new shops following their opening with respect to performance and marketing needs

Local digital marketing management

  • Oversee the performance of local digital initiatives
  • Develop and coordinate local campaigns with agencies
  • Understand and be able to explain various digital marketing tactics, such as SEO and SEM
  • Manage adherence to local campaign budgets as well as monthly billing
  • Coordinate and optimize the various digital platforms, including websites, Driven Dash, Google profiles, and more

Customer experience

  • Ensure brand consistency between campaigns and in-shop execution, such as marketing kits and sales support tools
  • Adapt national and provincial campaigns at the local level
  • Contribute to initiatives related to online reputation and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Operations team to optimize the presence of products, services, and promotions at the point of sale

Special projects

  • Actively participate in the planning and successful execution of the annual convention and network events
  • Present developed marketing programs and market analyses to the Operations team and franchisees
  • Contribute to various strategic marketing project
  • Manage and update the internal communications site for franchisees
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Consultant and Graphic Designer, as well as the Senior Director, Marketing

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Minimum of three years of marketing experience, ideally with digital experience
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, is essential
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing, content marketing, and social media, including Facebook and Instagram
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Optimistic and collaborative work style with all stakeholders, including the Marketing team, Operations team, senior leadership team, and franchisees
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and rigor
  • Strong team player
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset

Notre équipe canadienne est à la recherche d’un conseiller marketing local pour supporter et exécuter un éventail de projets marketing en simultané. Relavant de la Directrice principale marketing, le conseiller marketing local travaillera en collaboration étroite avec la Conseillère principale marketing et aura la responsabilité de développer et mettre en œuvre des tactiques marketing local pour les marques VitroPlus, Docteur du Pare-Brise au Québec, et UniglassPlus au Canada anglais visant à accroître la visibilité des ateliers dans leur marché afin de soutenir leurs objectifs d’entreprise. Vous devrez faire vivre la marque localement afin d’assurer le succès des franchisés à travers le pays.


Tâches Principales :

Service aux franchisés & rôle-conseil

  • Entretenir des relations de confiance avec les franchisés
  • Accompagner les ateliers dans la mise en place de leurs initiatives marketing locales
  • Présenter les plans, résultats et recommandations aux franchisés et à leurs équipes
  • Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration et proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des ateliers
  • Démontrer une connaissance et une compréhension appropriées des produits/services des différentes marques
  • Rédiger des communications pour les franchisés et réseaux

Gestion des nouveaux ateliers

  • Planifier et coordonner les activités marketing liées aux ouvertures de nouveaux ateliers
  • Assurer un suivi serré suivant l’ouverture des nouveaux ateliers quant à leur performance et besoins marketing

Gestion du marketing digital local

  • Superviser la performance des initiatives digitales au niveau local
  • Élaborer et coordonner les campagnes locales avec les agences
  • Comprendre et pouvoir expliquer les différentes tactiques de marketing digital (ex : SEO, SEM…)
  • Gestion du respect des budgets locaux des campagnes locales ainsi que la facturation mensuelle
  • Assurer la coordination et l’optimisation des différentes plateformes digitales (site web, Driven Dash, profils Google, etc.)

Expérience client

  • Assurer la cohérence de la marque entre les campagnes et l’exécution en atelier (Ex : kits marketing, outils d’aide à la vente)
  • Adaptation des campagnes nationales/provinciales au niveau local
  • Contribuer aux initiatives liées à la réputation en ligne et satisfaction client
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service des opérations afin d’optimiser la présence des produits/services ainsi que des promotions en lieu de vente

Projets spéciaux

  • Participer activement à l’organisation et bon déroulement du congrès annuel et des événements du réseau
  • Présenter les programmes marketing développés et les analyses de marchés à l’équipe des opérations ainsi qu’aux franchisés
  • Contribuer à divers projets marketing stratégiques
  • Gestion et mise à jour du site de communications internes pour les franchisés
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la conseillère principale marketing et la designer graphique, ainsi qu’avec la directrice principale marketing

Exigences du poste :

  • BAC ou expérience pertinente
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en marketing, idéalement avec expérience dans le numérique
  • Bilinguisme en français et anglais autant au parlé qu’à l’écrit (essentiel)
  • Connaissances du marketing numérique et traditionnel, marketing de contenu et des médias sociaux (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Connaissances : Mailchimp, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Facebook, Instagram
  • Excellentes compétences de communication : écriture, présentation et relationnel
