About the Job:
The Leads Generation Manager (LGM) works closely with the Head Marketing and is responsible for leading the Leads Generations Specialist and agency to achieve the identified KPIs through different sources not limited to inbound. He/she will be consulted upon to assess channel-specific gaps and needs, make constructive and thoughtful recommendations and see through the execution of the lead generation strategies.
The position also collaborates closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing Team to formulate and execute a strategy to help the sales team achieve their acquisition targets. Furthermore, the LGM will work closely with the Regional Sales Support Team in improvement of lead generation strategies that will help the Sales Team in achieving their KPIs.
Main Duties
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive lead generation strategy that is aligned with Ninja Van’s overall goals
- Identify strategic opportunities based on market data, sales feedback, and competitor activity
- Tailor strategies per industry vertical and Ninja Van offering
- Work closely with sales unit heads to define target segments and key USPs for first-touch messaging
- Monitor and manage lead funnel stages (lead, prospect, opportunity) in Salesforce
- Ensure timely processing of leads by respective Ninja Van sales units in Salesforce
- Define and implement lead qualification criteria and scoring systems
- Review source effectiveness and enforce agreed SLAs between lead gen and sales
- Attend regular check-ins with the marketing head and sales channel leads to align lead gen efforts
- Identify and resolve program gaps or challenges with proposed solutions
- Collaborate with marketing to increase inbound sign-ups through co-developed campaigns
- Work with marketing to build acquisition and nurturing email campaigns for new and existing Ninja Van prospects
- Identify inefficiencies in lead generation processes, tools, or scripts
- Pilot new solutions (e.g., automation, AI tools, WhatsApp outreach)
- Streamline lead qualification and handover workflows within Ninja Van and Salesforce
- Analyze industry demand using sales insights and research
- Assist sales units in identifying high-potential segments for both existing and new Ninja Van products
- Segment leads based on relevance, volume, industry, and shipping behavior in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing to provide lead process guidance and segment recommendations
- Generate lead lists using directories, scraping tools, digital ads, and referrals
- Write scripts, email templates, and cadences tailored to Ninja Van’s service offerings
- Execute outbound and follow-up campaigns using Salesforce and existing marketing tools (Mailchimp, Linkedin, etc.)
- A/B test content and optimize outreach
- Collaborate with Marketing team in planning and executing campaigns that are lead generating
- Ensure all lead data is complete, validated, and properly tagged in Salesforce
- Conduct training on hygiene and data entry standards for Salesforce
- Perform regular audits in Salesforce for both lead generation and sales team
- Prepare and analyze Ninja Van sales pipeline reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Track KPIs like qualification rate, and conversion metrics using Salesforce
- Generate insights to inform strategic adjustments
