We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to define how our multi-product platform shows up in the market — shaping our story, driving world-class product launches, and enabling our go-to-market teams to win.

This role sits at the center of Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Partnerships, translating complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.

You’ll play a highly visible, strategic role with direct impact on growth, market perception, and product adoption — helping a recognized leader power some of the most sustainability-driven organizations in the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

Own Our Story

  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions
  • Build messaging frameworks tailored to key personas (Sustainability, Legal, Finance, Risk)

Lead Product Launches

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products and capabilities
  • Partner with Product on launch readiness, packaging, and pricing strategy
  • Deliver impactful launches that drive pipeline, adoption, and customer value

Enable Revenue Teams to Win

  • Equip Sales and partners with the tools, messaging, and confidence to win
  • Develop high-impact enablement assets (pitch decks, battlecards, demos)
  • Support strategic deals with tailored narratives and content
  • Lead the win/loss program and translate insights into action

Drive Market Intelligence

  • Own competitive intelligence and market insights
  • Influence product strategy with buyer needs, trends, and analyst perspectives
  • Support analyst relations (Gartner, IDC, Forrester, Verdantix) and category positioning

Build Thought Leadership

  • Partner with Marketing to turn product innovation into compelling content
  • Contribute to website, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership
  • Elevate our voice as a category leader in ESG and sustainability technology
  • Support campaigns that drive both demand and credibility

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in Product Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales and complex GTM motions
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and GTM execution
  • Experience with multi-product platforms or ecosystems
  • SaaS pricing experience is a strong asset
  • ESG or sustainability knowledge is a plus
  • Exceptional ability to simplify complex topics into compelling narratives
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buyers and long sales cycles
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills
  • Comfort working with modern tools and AI (e.g., Gemini, NotebookLM, Gong)
  • Customer-obsessed and market-driven
  • Structured thinker with a strong point of view
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and impact-oriented

What we offer :

  • Join an early-stage, well-financed company
  • Advance Novisto’s purpose of contributing to the sustainability of the economy, environment, and society by empowering companies to make better decisions and disclosures through our ESG data management software
  • Contribute your knowledge and insights to increase awareness and knowledge of sustainability
  • Generous health benefits
  • Flexible schedules
  • 4 weeks of vacation
  • Stock option plan
