About the Role
This is a high‑impact role at the intersection of customer insight, product development, and systems engineering.
You will translate real‑world user needs and behaviours into clear product direction, shaping how products are defined, built, and validated. Acting as the voice of the customer within engineering programmes, you will combine data, user research, and technical understanding to ensure products deliver outstanding performance and satisfaction at launch.
You will operate at a programme level, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding cross‑functional teams to make evidence‑based decisions that balance user experience, engineering feasibility, and commercial goals.
Why This Role?
- Play a central role in shaping global product performance and user satisfaction
- Work across engineering, data, and customer insight — not siloed
