AIM is currently seeking a Temporary General Laborer – Summer Season for its Rouyn-Noranda site. The position is offered for the summer season, from May to late September or October 2026 (approximately 6 months), with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the General Laborer will be responsible for sorting various types of metals using manual or automated processes.

Responsibilities :

• Sorting and identifying different types of metals based on their characteristics;
• Preparing and processing materials according to quality standards;
• Operating various machinery and equipment (forklift);
• Ensuring cleanliness and safety of the work areas at all times;
• Assisting with loading and unloading customer materials;
• Participating in receiving and shipping operations;
• Providing excellent customer service and performing any other related tasks.

Work Environment :

• Primarily outdoor work, with possible exposure to hot and cold temperatures;
