Job Description

AIM is currently seeking a Laborer for the Laval site, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Under the supervision of the team leader, you will be responsible for sorting different types of materials and performing all other related tasks.

What you’re responsible for: 

  • Participating in the unloading of materials;
  • Sorting various metals based on their characteristics;
  • Inspecting customers’ metals;
  • Identifying the correct metal type for each product and verifying its quality;
  • Weighing metals on the scale;
  • Entering data;
  • Working with different types of machinery;
  • Preparing receiving/shipping tickets;
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area;
  • Performing any other related duties.

Qualifications

  • Forklift experience (asset);
  • Bilingual abilities (asset);
  • Comfort working on your feet and performing repetitive tasks;
