Behaviour Interactive is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to support the timely and cost‑effective acquisition of goods, services, and technology in an international environment. In this role, you will be a key partner to internal teams, ensuring strong supplier performance, effective contract management, and smooth collaboration with external IT vendors.

You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, are comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and priorities, and enjoy building strong, long‑term partnerships while delivering business value.

In this role you will :

  • Manage multiple marketing and production procurement mandates from preparation through contract finalization.
  • Lead contract lifecycle management, including supplier onboarding, invoice approvals, and handoff to internal Behaviour teams.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines while ensuring compliance with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Production, Finance, and Legal) at all stages of supplier partnerships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, overseeing performance, communication, issue resolution, and quality reviews.
  • Support supplier evaluation and sourcing by applying industry standards, managing contracts (NDAs, MNDAs, MSAs, SOWs, renewals), and leveraging market research and insights.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate / 1st cycle – BAC) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management in IT.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence, build partnerships, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Solid understanding of contracts, supplier performance management, and procurement best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client‑ and user‑oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Dans ce rôle tu devras :

  • Gérer plusieurs mandats d’approvisionnement liés au marketing et à la production, de la phase de préparation jusqu’à la finalisation des contrats;
  • Assurer la gestion du cycle de vie des contrats, incluant l’intégration des fournisseurs, l’approbation des factures et le transfert vers les équipes internes de Behaviour;
  • Négocier les contrats fournisseurs afin d’optimiser les coûts, la qualité et les échéanciers de livraison, tout en respectant les objectifs d’affaires;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes internes (Marketing, Production, Finance et Affaires juridiques) à toutes les étapes des partenariats fournisseurs;
  • Agir comme point de contact principal pour les partenaires externes, en supervisant la performance, la communication, la résolution des enjeux et les évaluations de qualité;
  • Soutenir l’évaluation et le sourcing des fournisseurs en appliquant les normes de l’industrie, en gérant les contrats (NDA, MNDA, MSA, SOW, renouvellements) et en s’appuyant sur la recherche de marché et les analyses stratégiques.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat (1er cycle – BAC) avec un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en approvisionnement, sourcing ou gestion de fournisseurs IT;
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation, avec la capacité d’influencer, de bâtir des partenariats et de gérer des relations fournisseurs;
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer simultanément plusieurs priorités, projets et parties prenantes dans un environnement international et en évolution rapide;
  • Solide compréhension des contrats, de la gestion de la performance des fournisseurs et des meilleures pratiques en approvisionnement;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, avec une approche orientée client et utilisateur;
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel.
