We are looking for a new IT Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Manage the intake of new IT projects, including evaluating requests, prioritizing projects, and maintaining the project backlog.  
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.  
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.  
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.  
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as necessary.  
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.  
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline, meeting quality standards and client expectations.  
  • Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports. 
  • Conduct project retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate team meetings with respective leads to build comprehensive project plans.
  • Identifying risks and including them in the project’s risk register
  • Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role.

What you’ll be bringing to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.
  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.

Who you are

  • You are proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
