We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in managing a big project, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
In this role, you will
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- Define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and track progress
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team
- Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes
What you will bring
- Extensive IT project management experience with a track record of successfully leading complex projects
- Extensive knowledge of web development processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients and team members
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Experience with project budget tracking and resource utilization
- Fluency in English
