Role Summary The Talent Acquisition Intern supports the TA team in Thailand in sourcing, screening and coordinating recruitment activities across the MOAI cluster. Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment coordination including job posting, candidate sourcing and application screening.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers in SuccessFactors (SF).
- Support the team in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and university channels.
- Help coordinate internship and early career hiring programs (e.g. Emerge program).
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards and status updates.
- Support administrative tasks including offer coordination, BGV initiation and onboarding preparation.
- Contribute to employer branding activities and university engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR and people-related functions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both in Thai and English.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Positive attitude, eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Available for a 3-6 month internship period.
