About the role
We're looking for an intermediate data analyst to join our growing team!
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate is eager to grow alongside us and will use their programming and analytics expertise to develop reports to help improve our operational strategies and growth metrics. If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive success and excel in a collaborative environment, we want to meet you!
What you’ll do here:
Create and publish reports.
Monitor, identify and analyze trends, explain outliers and provide influential feedback on results and productivity.
Consolidate data from various sources, ensuring that it is clean.
Establish and maintain a data inventory and support the monitoring of key performance indicators.
Proactively identify new data elements likely to provide additional information on company performance or trends.
Analyze and present information clearly and concisely to various audiences within the organization.
Create and maintain effective documentation to help train and reinforce workflows and best practices, and to satisfy audit protocol.
Design, develop and implement technical solutions to meet the evolving needs of our partners.
Work collaboratively with project team members, leading the development of new reports using Power BI.
Support ad hoc reports based on new requirements.
What you bring to the table:
Post-secondary education in a data-related field (mathematics, science, statistics, artificial intelligence, computer science, etc.).
At least two years' experience as a data analyst or in reporting.
Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, SAS, Databricks and Python - required
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, both orally and in writing.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Dynamic individual with a high level of energy and initiative.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
