KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot computer/printer/network problems both in person and remotely
- Provide assistance to the Production Floor support staff for hardware issues
- Manage Helpdesk Ticketing system and ensure calls are received, distributed, and closed out.
- Test and Troubleshoot retired hardware to determine recycling requirements.
- Setup and configure new computer equipment for the user community
- Assist in managing the company cell phone and tablet fleet and MDM Solutions
- Any other tasks required by the IT Manager or Delegates.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Enrolled in a Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in an IT Program.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, punctual, independent, tolerant
- Capability with current versions of Microsoft Software Packages and Operating Systems
