We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and help us exceed customer expectations. As a key player in our organization, you’ll work closely with utility clients to design, implement, and optimize enterprise solutions that address complex business needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with clients to align their business goals with SpryPoint’s best-in-class solutions
  • Lead discovery sessions, process reviews, and integration designs to deliver tailored solutions
  • Ensure high-quality implementations by conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and providing feedback on process designs
  • Oversee system configuration and provide input on training and testing materials
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including issue logs, configuration guides, and test cases.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise utility software, particularly Customer Information Systems (CIS)
  • Proven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects
  • Experience with Mobile Field Management (MFM), Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS), and Customer Engagement Portals is a plus
  • Familiarity with analyzing large data sets is a bonus

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • Knowledge of Reporting & Business Intelligence platforms is a plus
