This role plays a critical part in that mission by ensuring global supply chain operations are resilient, scalable, and optimized across the full product lifecycle. As the Supply Chain Operations Prime, this position drives operational strategy, partners closely with cross‑functional teams and suppliers, and enables the successful delivery of innovative products to market.
How you will make an impact:
• Lead the extended operations team across all product lifecycle phases, including research and development (R&D), new product introduction (NPI), sustaining operations, and end of life (EOL)
• Partner cross‑functionally with product engineering, capacity planning, test engineering, and other stakeholders to improve yield, cost, and supply assurance
• Define and execute global supply chain strategies that deliver cost‑optimized, reliable products aligned with business and customer commitments
• Drive contract manufacturers (CMs) to achieve output plans by resolving constraints related to capacity, yield, quality, and Clear to Build (CTB) readiness
• Establish and manage safety stock strategies and escalate material risks to Global Commodity Management (GCM) partners to mitigate supply disruptions
• Generate manufacturing plans and ensure supplier readiness to support new product ramps and sustained volume production
• Measure supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead mitigation strategies to minimize customer impact
The must haves:
• 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management within a global, multi‑site environment
• Demonstrated expertise in supply planning, manufacturing operations, and supplier management
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and collaborating with product engineering teams
• Working knowledge of telecommunications technologies and hardware‑based product lifecycles
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional and virtual teams without direct authority
• Strong problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Nice to haves:
• Experience working with outsourced manufacturing and global contract manufacturers
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree
• Exposure to cost modeling, inventory optimization, and material liability management
• Experience navigating supply chain disruptions and complex global logistics
• Comfort working across time zones and supporting off‑hours collaboration when required
Pay Range:
• The annual pay range for this position is $110, 100 - $175, 900

En tant que responsable principal des opérations de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, ce poste définit la stratégie opérationnelle, collabore étroitement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et des fournisseurs, et soutient la mise en marché de produits innovants avec succès.

Votre impact :

• Diriger l’équipe étendue des opérations à toutes les étapes du cycle de vie des produits, incluant la recherche et développement (R‑D), l’introduction de nouveaux produits (INP), les opérations de soutien ainsi que la fin de vie (FDV)

• Collaborer de manière interfonctionnelle avec l’ingénierie produit, la planification de capacité, l’ingénierie de test et d’autres parties prenantes afin d’améliorer le rendement, les coûts et l’assurance d’approvisionnement

• Définir et exécuter des stratégies mondiales de chaîne d’approvisionnement permettant de livrer des produits fiables et optimisés sur le plan des coûts, tout respectant  les objectifs d’affaires et les engagements envers les clients

• Piloter les manufacturiés sous-traitants (CM) afin d’atteindre les plans de production en levant les contraintes liées à la capacité, au rendement, à la qualité et au matériel « Clear to Build (CTB) » (prêt pour la production)

• Mettre en place et gérer des stratégies de stock de sécurité et escalader les risques liés au matériel auprès des partenaires de la gestion globale des commodités (GCM) afin de réduire les interruptions d’approvisionnement

• Élaborer des plans de fabrication et s'assurer que les fournisseurs sont prêts à soutenir l'introduction de nouveaux produits et la production en volume

• Mesurer la performance des fournisseurs à l’aide d’indicateurs clés de rendement (ICR) et diriger des stratégies afin de minimiser l’impact sur les clients

Exigences essentielles :

• Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en opérations ou en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement dans un environnement mondial et multisite

• Expertise démontrée en planification de l’approvisionnement, en opérations manufacturières et en gestion des fournisseurs

• Expérience en soutien à l’introduction de nouveaux produits (INP) et en collaboration avec des équipes d’ingénierie produit

• Connaissance pratique des technologies de télécommunications et des cycles de vie de produits

• Capacité éprouvée à diriger et à influencer des équipes interfonctionnelles et virtuelles sans autorité hiérarchique directe

• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes dans des environnements très dynamiques et sensibles aux délais

• Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en génie, en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe

Atouts :

• Expérience avec des manufacturiers sous-traitants à l’échelle mondiale

• Maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA) ou diplôme de niveau supérieur

• Notions en modélisation des coûts, en optimisation des stocks et en gestion du  matériel

• Expérience dans la gestion de perturbations de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et de logistiques mondiales complexes

• Aisance à travailler avec des équipes réparties sur plusieurs fuseaux horaires et prêt à apporter du support en dehors des heures régulières au besoin

• L’échelle salariale annuelle pour ce poste se situe entre 110, 100 $ et 175 900 $

Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
