Lead global supply chain operations across product lifecycle stages (R&D, NPI, sustaining, EOL). Drive supplier performance and manufacturing ramp, resolve capacity/yield/quality constraints, define inventory and safety stock strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost, supply assurance, and product readiness.

Support FP&A forecasting, budgeting, and rolling forecasts; build driver-based financial models; analyze variances and deliver insights; create BI dashboards; validate data across ERP, Anaplan, and Snowflake; and automate reporting while enabling AI-driven forecasting.

Lead design and standardization of FP&A processes, data lineage, governance, and reporting. Drive process redesign, align requirements with planning platforms and ERPs, enable analytics/AI initiatives, deliver executive dashboards and KPIs, and lead governance and continuous improvement for global finance performance.

Perform optical and electrical testing of photonic and electronic components, assemble opto‑mechanical prototypes, analyze and document test data, recommend corrective actions, improve lab processes and tools, develop inspection/test procedures, and support new product introduction and product enhancements.

Manage global accounting and financial planning IT projects and programs: lead cross-functional and vendor teams, prioritize requirements, create schedules, track risks and milestones, drive technical builds, integrations, testing, and delivery using Agile/Waterfall/hybrid methodologies.

Design opto-mechanical photonic components: perform mechanical, thermal and stress modeling; define specifications with optical/RF teams; plan and analyze DOEs; optimize designs for high-volume manufacturing; document and transfer designs to production while leading design reviews and cross-functional interactions.

Design and develop high-speed photonic components through optical modeling and experimentation. Collaborate with internal R&D teams to meet performance specifications and manage product transition to production.

Design and validate silicon photonics chips for high-speed optical transmitters and receivers, focusing on performance, cost, and reliability. Collaborate on circuit layouts, lead design reviews, support prototyping, and drive continuous improvements in product lifecycle performance.

As Optical Systems Product Line Manager, you will oversee product lifecycle management, coordinate with R&D and sales, and drive market strategies to ensure alignment with customer needs and corporate goals.
