Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE,  Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.

We are looking for a Head of Product (Muslima).

Your main tasks will be:

    • Define & Execute Product Strategy: Develop and prioritize the product roadmap to align with business goals and user needs, ensuring continuous platform growth.
    • User & Market Research: Conduct research (user surveys, feedback, industry trends) to gather insights and identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
    • Feature Development & Prioritization: Lead the development of new features (e.g., enhanced matching, privacy tools) and manage the product backlog to deliver high-impact updates.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of product features and initiatives.
    • User Experience Optimization: Ensure the platform is intuitive and engaging by collaborating with UX/UI designers to improve user flows and conduct A/B tests.
    • Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (e.g., user engagement, subscriptions) and analyze data to optimize features and drive growth.
    • Safety & Trust: Focus on building features that enhance user safety, such as reporting tools and verification systems, to create a trusted environment.
    • Monetization Strategy: Develop and optimize subscription models and pricing strategies to drive revenue while ensuring value for users.
    • Customer Support & Feedback Loop: Address user feedback, resolve pain points, and work with support teams to improve the overall user experience.

    We expect from you:

    • English (fluent), Russian (fluent/native) - knowledge of Russian will be a strong advantage
    • Market Research: Skills in conducting market analysis and competitive analysis to understand the market landscape, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation.
    • Product management: user journey, product lifecycle, ability to define and manage a product roadmap, prioritize features and tasks based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
    • Data analysis: data analytics tools (Superset, Tableau, Excel, Google Sheets) to gather insights on product performance, customer usage, and behavior. Strong skills in defining, tracking, and interpreting KPIs. The knowledge of how to analyze different types of data.
    • Project management: agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), Jira, Confluence, GITHUB to manage the backlog, sprints, and workflows, management of timelines, resource allocation,
    • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and expertise in conducting user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) and analyzing data to inform product decisions and identify user pain points.
    • Knowledge of marketing principles and dependencies of marketing metrics
    • Understanding of different pricing models, subscription systems, and monetization strategies to drive revenue while ensuring user value.
    • Expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring continuous iteration and improvement post-launch.

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
