About us:

cyber•Fund is an investment fund which is dedicated to partnering with founders from genesis to growth stage and beyond. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to an open cybernetic economy by backing entrepreneurs innovating at the intersection of blockchain, artificial intelligence, robotics and adjacent technologies.

Since 2014, we have worked with leading crypto teams and actively contributed to projects such as [P2P.org](http://p2p.org/), [=nil; Foundation](https://nil.foundation/), and the [Lido DAO](https://lido.fi/). We assist with everything from operational and technological decisions to security and research questions, helping companies go from zero to one.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior Operations Manager to design and lead the operating system of Cyber Fund, an investment firm at the forefront of crypto, Web3, and frontier tech.

This role is central to driving executional excellence across all non-investment departments. You will report to the Executive Ops and work closely with the leadership team to bring transparency, clarity, and performance rigor across multiple projects, entities, and teams.

The ideal candidate combines a sharp strategic mind with operational empathy and relentless bias for action. You’re a builder, optimizer, and connector, comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate a complex cross-functional landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic execution & team enablement
  • Translate leadership priorities into OKRs, dashboards, and workflows across departments.

  • Build systems that help teams stay focused, aligned, and accountable.

  • Run weekly & quarterly planning cycles, reviews, and team rituals.

Process Design & Optimization
  • Audit and re-engineer key operational workflows (payments, contracts, compliance, hiring, travel).

  • Identify blockers, friction points, and opportunities to automate or delegate.

  • Champion documentation culture (e.g., Notion, Asana) and ensure institutional memory.

  • Develop TechStack and processes automation

Cross-Functional Governance
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure streamlined execution and aligned priorities.

  • Maintain structure charts, board cadences, and regulatory calendars across all entities.

  • Oversee partner/vendor management for operations-related services.

Special Projects & Execution Support
  • Drive complex, cross-cutting initiatives (e.g., launching new entities, restructuring board composition, M&A support).

  • Act as interim owner of business areas until dedicated leads are in place.

People, Culture & Performance
  • Partner with HR to ensure onboarding, offboarding, compensation tracking, and compliance.

  • Support team wellbeing through thoughtful planning, off-sites, and internal comms.
