  • Work closely with all department teams to build AI-driven products that enhance consumer brand marketing.

  • Iterate quickly, testing and deploying AI-powered solutions in a rapid feedback loop alongside cross-functional teams.

  • Maintain a forward-thinking approach, identifying and leveraging emerging AI/ML technologies that can push Darkroom ahead of the curve.

You Should Apply If This Sounds Like You

  • You are a hacker at heart, with a passion for self-learning and staying on top of emergent AI/ML advancements.

  • You have deep respect for builders of consumer brands, understanding the nuances of digital marketing and e-commerce.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, feedback-driven environments, collaborating shoulder-to-shoulder with high-performing teams.

  • You are eager to own and drive AI/ML innovation from the ground up within a dynamic, high-growth company.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on expertise in developing and deploying AI-driven applications.

  • Strong Python background, with experience working with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG pipelines.

  • Deep experience working with major LLMs and designing AI-powered workflows.
