Job Description
Position Summary
The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for Packaging Development Technologist who will have the desired level of technical capability to drive and execute Packaging agenda (innovations, renovations, productivity and ESG) in according with the Company's strategic and annual plans. The delivery of new packaging solutions, VE (Value Engineering), SC (Supply Chain) projects and the enabling of ESG projects will be your primary responsibility.
Position Key Responsibilities
- You will be developing new and improved packaging solutions in the framework of NPD activities, value engineering and ESG activities in MEA and run complex projects
- Coordinating processes by carrying out packaging development & improvement projects for existing and new products
- To follow the regulations regarding packaging together with the regulatory affairs team
- To responsible for the specifications of packaging materials of all products-ensuring that the specs are kept accurate and up-to-date
- To follow up and report the sample studies of all designed and developed packages
- Developing projects regarding alternative materials and packaging processes -carrying out saving studies
- Develop and maintain Packaging optimization and validation programs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Or Chemical) / Food Technology Degree
- Work Experience: 3 - 5 years in Packaging Development
- Language Knowledge: Proficient English
Technical Skills
- Knowing key packaging formats, materials, key characteristics, analytical methods, regulatory and legal aspects, etc;
- Knowing manufacturing: key packaging machines, principles of operating
