  • Monitor campaign and funnel performance, prepare reports, and surface insights that inform growth strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, campaign performance, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, Brand, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure campaign alignment

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations
  • Advanced experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot (workflows, campaign integration and tracking, reporting)
  • Strong experience building and optimizing digital campaigns, including paid acquisition, website and landing pages, and conversion funnels
  • Solid understanding of full-funnel growth mechanics and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Experience supporting experimentation and data-driven marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for emails or landing pages (nice-to-have)
  • Experience working in growth at B2B complex sales environments (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, attribution models, and campaign tracking (nice-to-have)
