About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help design, build and scale Intiveo’s demand engine across the full customer lifecycle — from awareness to conversion to closed won, expansion and partner-driven growth.
This is not a performance marketing or media buyer role. While paid channels are part of the mix, this role is about orchestrating multi-channel programs that consistently deliver qualified pipeline and revenue growth, not just leads. You’ll bring structure, experimentation, funnel optimization, and modern growth playbooks to help us acquire and convert customers.
You’ll own the strategy and execution of always-on demand programs across channels such as email, organic, paid, webinars, web, partners and sales development, as well as working closely with Sales, RevOps, Content, CX, and Product to align marketing to revenue outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who has built or scaled demand generation and lifecycle programs before, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and is looking for an opportunity to make a big impact within a growing SaaS organization.

✨What You'll Do
- Lead the strategy and execution of pipeline-generating programs and campaigns across email, web, organic, paid, social, webinars, referrals and partner channels
- Design, launch and optimize lifecycle and nurture programs across the full funnel — from awareness to closed won and beyond
- Plan and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and programs are coordinated, executed on time, and tied to revenue impact
- Partner with Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to align marketing programs with pipeline goals, funnel metrics, attribution and lead quality
- Collaborate with CX and Product teams to support upsell and expansion initiatives
- Design and run growth experiments to improve conversion rates, velocity, and deal quality across key funnel stages
- Partner closely with our external digital marketing agency to align paid programs with broader demand, lifecycle, and revenue initiatives
- Work with technology, referral and consulting partners on co-marketing and partner-led demand programs
- Track, analyze and report on weekly and monthly demand generation and lifecycle KPIs
- Bring an outside-in perspective on modern B2B SaaS demand generation — identifying what’s working, what’s not, and what we should try next
✨Who You Are
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, lifecycle, or revenue marketing
- Proven experience building and scaling multi-channel demand programs, not only managing paid ads
- Hands-on expertise in email and lifecycle marketing across the full funnel
- Experience supporting both product-led and sales-led growth motions, ideally within a hybrid GTM model
- Background marketing to SMB or mid-market audiences, not solely enterprise (ABM)
- A strong revenue mindset — focused on qualified pipeline, revenue and expansion, not just lead volume
- Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong collaborator who proactively seeks out cross-functional feedback and input
- Comfortable developing strategy while staying deeply hands-on in execution
- Excellent organization and time-management skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Wordpress, Sprout Social, or similar
- Excited about using AI tools to enhance your impact, efficiency and results
- Confident in your ideas, humble in your approach — you’re ready to bring new playbooks, but are open to collaboration
