About Huzzle

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.

About the company

Our client is a specialized sales operations and growth consultancy that partners with owner-led businesses generating $2M to $50M in revenue. They bridge the gap between founder-led sales and scalable, systems-driven growth by optimizing the three pillars of revenue: people, process, and platform. As a certified HubSpot partner, the team builds bespoke CRM environments and sales playbooks that replace inconsistent results with predictable, documented success.

The team operates with a direct, "hands-in-the-business" philosophy, focusing on clarity and long-term habit building rather than high-level consulting. This is a high-impact environment where results are measured by the ability to build systems that run independently of leadership. For professionals who value transparency and the opportunity to fix complex operational challenges, this company offers a unique chance to work alongside scaling businesses to drive measurable, lasting transformation.

Job Type: Full-time
