We’re using innovative production methodologies including complex machining, special processes, and NDT.
Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
- Arranges, schedules, and coordinates meetings and appointments for leadership team and visitors
- Sets up and maintains files and record systems
- Maintains administrative data, charts, graphs, histories, etc., as required by site leadership
- Provides for a thorough follow-up system
- Performs related duties such as checking, proofreading, sorting, assembling, distributing, placing/taking telephone calls, requisitioning shop consumables/ services, operating standard office equipment
- Leads engagement and community outreach activities
- Communication focal for site - ensures that all communication flows in a timely manner as required
- Partners with HR to manage onboarding logistics
- Responsible for budgeting and expense compliance management across all activities regarding culture
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.
Desired Characteristics:
- 3 years' experience as secretary or administrative assistant
- 4-year degree in business or related experience
- Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with typing and office procedure skills
- Manufacturing experience with a strong understanding of production and plant flow
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience planning functions and events
- Experience in company community involvement/development activities
- Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
