 Position Overview

The Global Talent Acquisition & Operations role owns end-to-end recruiting coordination, HR administration, and new-hire onboarding for the Montreal office, while supporting day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the full hiring process runs smoothly, coordinating candidate communications and hiring logistics, and driving an organized and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate hiring activities for qualified Jet Charter Sales Executives, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer/onboarding paperwork;
  • Support employer branding by managing local job postings and strengthening relationships with recruiting platforms and community networks;
  • Coordinate onboarding for new Montreal hires, including employment documentation, equipment requests, system access, and initial training scheduling;
  • Provide Montreal office HR and administrative support as needed, including maintaining accurate employee records;
  • Coordinate benefits implementation and support mail/delivery logistics for the Montreal office (as needed).
Ownership / Success Metrics (Integrated)

The primary outcomes for this role include delivering strong Montreal hiring results, ensuring high completion and readiness for onboarding, maintaining continuity and accuracy across recruiting/admin processes, and supporting smooth benefits coordination—so the candidate experience is positive from first contact through start date.

What You Bring: 
  • Experience coordinating hiring processes or onboarding (HR, recruiting, or operations);
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once;
  • Comfortable partnering with sales leadership and managing time-sensitive scheduling;
  • High professionalism and confidentiality when handling employment and candidate information;
  • Strong customer-focused communication (clear, timely, and polished);
  • Flexibility to support office needs beyond recruiting when required (as needed);
  • Comfortable using Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) to coordinate day-to-day work;
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and systems used for recruiting and onboarding;
  • Being bilingual in English and French is an asset.
