- Manage and support U.S. employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, O-1, J-1, OPT/STEM, extensions), partnering closely with external immigration counsel and serving as the primary point of contact for employee immigration and work authorization matters
- Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration and benefits laws and company policies by maintaining accurate employee data, documentation, and reporting across HRIS and ticketing systems
- Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and policies to support scalable immigration, global mobility, and benefits operations
- Support U.S. benefits administration by partnering with external benefits administrators on open enrollment, new hire setup, and ongoing employee benefit inquiries
- 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. immigration and benefits administration
- Working knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and U.S. benefits regulations
- Experience using HRIS platforms, benefits systems, and ticketing tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, independently manage multiple workstreams, and confidently respond to a high volume of immigration-related questions

- This role is in SF/South Bay
- This role is hybrid (4 days a week in our Mountain View office OR SF Bay Area offices)
Compensation & Benefits:
The standard base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
