En tant que Gestionnaire de transactions, vous jouerez un rôle clé en soutenant notre équipe de courtage dans la gestion des relations clients, la gestion des transactions, l’analyse des portefeuilles de baux clients et l’analyse financière. C’est une occasion de mettre à profit votre expertise pour nous aider à mener notre secteur vers l’avenir.
Gérer le processus de transaction : De A à Z, cela inclut la préparation des évaluations de biens et des mémorandums d’investissement, la coordination avec les clients, la collecte de données de marché et de recherche, ainsi que la gestion du processus de diligence raisonnable.
Compiler les données de marché : Cela inclut l’analyse des loyers comparables, l’analyse des ventes comparables et les moteurs de la demande pour traduire vos résultats en résumés écrits afin d’influencer la prise de décisions.
Réviser les documents immobiliers : Tels que les états financiers, les baux, les documents de prêt et les évaluations, afin de vérifier et d’extraire les informations importantes.
Préparer des documents juridiques : tels que des ententes de confidentialité (NDA), des lettres d'intention (LOI), des offres d'achat, des contrats de commission et des mandats, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient correctement déposés conformément aux règlements de l'OACIQ.
Soutenir les réponses aux RFP et propositions : Créer et formater des propositions, des présentations, des correspondances et des RFP en utilisant Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Adobe InDesign.
Ce que vous apportez
Diplôme et/ou qualification : Baccalauréat en affaires, immobilier, droit ou dans un domaine connexe
Plus de 2 ans d'expérience : immobilier, transactions ou juridique
Permis immobilier valide : Pour la province de Québec.
Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft : Cela inclut Word, Excel, et PowerPoint.
Compétences exceptionnelles en communication : Communication verbale et écrite professionnelle en français et en anglais.

About the role
As a Transaction Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our brokerage team with client relationship management, transaction management, client lease portfolio analysis and financial analysis. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us lead our industry into the future.
Manage the transaction process: from start to finish, this includes the preparation of property valuations and investment memoranda, client coordination, market data and research, and management of the due diligence process.
Compile market data: this includes rent comparable analysis, sales comparable analysis, and demand drivers to execute your findings into written summaries to help influence decision-making
Review real estate documents: such as financial statements, leases, loan documents, and appraisals to verify and abstract imperative information.
Prepare legal documents: such as NDAs, LOIs, Offer to Purchase, Commission Agreements, and Mandates, ensuring they are properly filed according to OACIQ regulations.
Support RFP and proposal responses: Review drafted broschures, valuations, pitches and CIMS, suggesting modifications where needed.
What you bring
Degree and/or diploma: Bachelor’s in Business, Real Estate, Law or a related field
2+ years of experience: real estate, transaction or legal
Strong proficiency in Microsoft: this includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Exceptional communication skills: Professional verbal and written communication in French and English
