Comment vous aurez un impact

  • Diriger les activités de proposition pour les grands projets de transformateurs d'énergie.

  • Examiner les spécifications du client et identifier les principales exigences.

  • Coordonner les équipes internes pour évaluer les coûts et préparer les devis.

  • Gérer les calendriers des propositions et s'assurer de l'achèvement des étapes.

  • Collaborer avec le service juridique sur les termes et conditions.

  • Élaborer des modèles de tarification et obtenir les approbations internes.

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients et ajuster les propositions si nécessaire.

  • Transférer les contrats finalisés aux équipes de gestion de projet.

  • Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations, procédures et lignes directrices internes et externes applicables.

Votre formation

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur (atout).

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de propositions ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Forte compréhension des spécifications techniques et des risques commerciaux.

  • Expérience du travail dans une organisation matricielle.

  • Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et de communication.

  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.

  • Le candidat doit déjà disposer d'un permis de travail lui permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au Canada.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead proposal activities for large power transformer projects.

  • Review customer specifications and identify key requirements.

  • Coordinate internal teams to assess costs and prepare quotations.

  • Manage proposal timelines and ensure milestone completion.

  • Collaborate with legal on terms and conditions.

  • Develop pricing models and secure internal approvals.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and adjust proposals as needed.

  • Transfer finalized contracts to project management teams.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (asset ).

  • 5+ years of experience in proposal management or related field.

  • Strong understanding of technical specifications and commercial risks.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Fluent in both French and English.

  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada
