We solve complex sales challenges across a wide range of industries, primarily for large North American partners. By integrating our expertise in Digital Marketing, IT, Design, AI-driven analytics, proprietary MarTech, and sales consulting we deliver powerful, data-informed customer acquisition solutions.

At CapsLock, people, technology, and forward-thinking innovation lie at the heart of everything we do. Our core values guide our approach to building and refining an internal product ecosystem that powers profitable acquisition models, flexible scaling, and optimized operations. Our diverse, global team, fluent in over 10 languages, thrives on open collaboration and the exchange of new ideas, pushing boundaries to ensure our clients’ success.

Role overview:

Our Design department is scaling its AI visual production capabilities and we're looking for a Generative AI Design Specialist who will create visual content for international campaigns, combining deep technical expertise in AI workflows with a strong visual sensibility for high-end marketing creative.

You will be responsible for the technical "backend" of our creative process: from advanced visual research and trend analysis to building the precision workflows that ensure our content resonates with target audiences. You won't just "generate images" - you will architect the logic and systems designed to produce photorealistic, aesthetically superior visuals. We value visual perfection over raw volume.

You will work closely with video editors, media production, and media buyers to ensure all AI-generated assets are production-ready and true to client brand guidelines and product specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced, repeatable node-based workflows to ensure production stability, style consistency, and high-fidelity output.
  • Produce high-fidelity photorealistic visuals and elements optimized for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze visual trends and audience data to ensure AI-generated content is tailored to specific target groups and niches.
  • Train and fine-tune custom models (LoRAs) to maintain visual identity and consistency across different products.
  • Oversee technical quality control to ensure assets are free of hallucinations, anatomical errors, and style inconsistencies.
  • Monitor the AI tools landscape, identify relevant solutions, and recommend new techniques to improve production quality.
  • Develop and maintain internal "best practice" libraries, prompt structures, and documentation to ensure repeatable, professional-grade output.
Requirements

Skills & Background

  • Background in design, photography, or visual production with a deep understanding of professional lighting, composition, and material textures.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience producing commercial marketing assets with generative AI tools - delivered work, not just experimentation.
  • Mastery of modern generative AI tools (ComfyUI, Weavy AI, Flora.ai, Runway, or similar platforms) with hands-on experience building custom workflows using visual coding interfaces.
  • Proven experience with LoRA training and dataset preparation - from data curation to model output evaluation.
  • Cross-platform proficiency, experience in connecting AI outputs with traditional design pipelines (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Methodical approach to AI production, ability to transform experimental tasks into logical, repeatable, and documented systems.
  • Understanding of motion logic, ability to generate static assets that maintain structural integrity for subsequent AI video animation.
  • Strong portfolio of AI-generated visuals demonstrating photorealistic quality and high-end visual sensibility.
  • Confident English (B2 or higher)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with advanced generation and control techniques such as ControlNet, IP-Adapter, or inpainting.
  • Experience producing creative assets for high-CPA verticals (home services, insurance, finance, or similar).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

Please note that Cover Letter and Personal note are NOT required, so you can skip these lines in the applying form.
