The Game Release Operations Coordinator is responsible for driving the end-to-end operational readiness of game launches. This role ensures that every release—whether a new title, feature update, or patch—meets technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a smooth and predictable release process across all markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Support game release readiness by checking configs, documentation, performing Regulatory Submissions & Game Deployments.

  • Run validation steps such as smoke tests, compliance checks, and basic QA tasks.

  • Prepare and share release notes, known issues, and other supporting materials.

  • Assist in coordinating with teams (development, QA, compliance, commercial) to align on release requirements.

  • Track and report risks or blockers to senior Release Managers.

  • Participate in post-release reviews and suggest improvements.
