JOB DESCRIPTION

  • ​​

    • Gérer le processus de dotation en assurant l’adhésion aux politiques, processus de Sysco ainsi qu’à toute législation applicable (autorisations d’embauches, formulaires appropriés, lettres d’offres, validation d’antécédents, etc.) 

    • Coacher les gestionnaires en matière de gestion des RH (performance, comportements, conflits, formation, etc.) 

    • Assurer un support à l’exécution des processus de gestion annuelle de performance (CMP), de revue des talents (planification des carrières). 

    • Exécute des enquêtes internes sensibles et confidentielles en utilisant les procédures Sysco. 

    • Occupe un rôle de premier plan pour les initiatives visant l’amélioration de l’engagement des employés. 

    • Livre des conseils de qualité aux gestionnaires. 

    • Offre un soutien aux employés/gestionnaires au niveau des processus d’invalidité de court et de long terme, en assurant le lien avec nos fournisseurs au besoin. 

    • Offre un soutien et participe à l’implémentation de changements organisationnels. 

    • Effectue la coordination de la communication pour assurer d’atteindre les cibles Sysco pour ce qui a trait aux formations obligatoires, à la participation à différents programmes. 

    • Travaille en partenariat avec le Gérant en Santé et Sécurité et les gestionnaires pour gérer les cas d’accident ou de maladie reliées au travail (CNESST). 

    • S’assure de répondre rapidement aux requêtes des employés afin de favoriser la résolution de problèmes. 

    • S’assure de la bonne gestion des dossiers d’employés pour assurer le succès des audits Sysco. 

    • Toute autre tâche au besoin. 

     

    Qualifications/compétences/exigences : 

     

    • Plus de 2 ans d’expérience en Ressources humaines (atout). 

    • Diplôme postsecondaire en Ressources Humaines. 

    • Être apte à utiliser des outils informatiques (Suite Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, etc.) et des outils de gestion de SIRH. 

    • Connaissance du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, pour une communication efficace avec des équipes et partenaires situés dans des provinces ou des pays majoritairement anglophones. 

    • Capable de gérer de l’information confidentielle. 

    • Avoir une bonne connaissance des lois liées au travail au Québec. 

    • Être capable de travailler dans un environnement de travail qui évolue rapidement. 

    • Titre de CRHA/CRIA est un atout.
