Join us in the Financing Solutions and Business Network Services Administrative Department by playing a key role in speeding up our systems modernization and supporting the organic growth of the Business Services Executive Division. We work in agile mode in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. And we’re are looking for new talent! As a functional analyst, you actively participate in developing highly complex, large-scale business solutions. You support the business partner with IT solution rollouts and upgrades in line with business needs and the functions of selected solution modules. Beyond your technical knowledge and experience, you’re a team player who’s open-minded about agile approaches, versatile and eager to contribute to all your team’s work. More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Coach the team on analyzing business solutions and make improvements to speed up delivery

  • Collaborate, as a specialist, on the feasibility or detailed design of the solution

  • Cocreate with business partners to define needs and manage backlogs.

  • Define functional specifications and exceptions in collaboration with the product owner and project team

  • Advise and guide the development team and product owner by recommending different functional alternatives aligned with the architecture.

  • Help define and guide scopes (stories, releases, sprints, projects, tests)

  • Work with the architect to develop functional testing strategies

  • Define and run automated and/or manual tests within your scope (specific cases/exceptions), with a focus on the end-to-end process

  • Produce or update required documentation

  • Take responsibility for implementing and managing incidents/problems within your scope

  • Oversee the implementation and management of incidents / complex issues under your responsibility

  • Monitor development technologies and practices and serve as a mentor for the development team in terms of technology and methods

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • A minimum of six years of experience as a functional analyst

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Experience with the agile approach

  • Experience analyzing business requirements to propose IT solutions

  • Experience in solution architecture and translation of functional specifications

  • Experience designing solutions in accordance with IT robustness, resilience and stability requirements

  • Knowledge of French is required

  • Knowledge of Jira/Confluence/TFS tools for SQL queries

  • Knowledge of Postman and SoapUI tools
