Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented D365 Functional Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in the successful implementation, improvement, and support of our D365 F&O environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to analyze business needs, design and implement solutions, and ensure the optimal use of D365 F&O across our organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of D365 F&O to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, user, and stakeholder teams to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization through D365 F&O.
  • Monitor Microsoft updates and the product roadmap, and define adoption plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and maintain a long-term continuous improvement roadmap.
  • Design, oversee, and secure integrations between D365 F&O and other systems (ERP, CRM, etc.), and resolve integration issues.
  • Ensure system maintenance, upgrades, and performance in collaboration with the D365 analyst.
  • Act as a D365 F&O expert: mentor, translate business needs into solutions, communicate effectively, and promote adoption through training, documentation, and user support.

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • You have more than 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Dynamics AX).
  • You are proficient in the main D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Production).
  • You have proven experience in the design, development, integration, and deployment of D365 F&O solutions.
  • You understand software development methodologies (Agile, V-model).
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong collaborative spirit, autonomy, and a strong commitment to quality.
  • You have knowledge of X++ or Azure and hold Microsoft D365 F&O certifications (assets).
  • You demonstrate a strong capacity for learning and are bilingual in French and English.
