We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is eager to grow in a collaborative environment where ideas are valued and every team member actively contributes to the evolution of our product.

Your Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver high-performing, scalable solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements.
  • Contribute to technical decisions and the evolution of our software architecture.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, security, and stability of our applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and Agile development processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices, tools, and CI/CD environment.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools to increase productivity, improve development quality, and foster innovation.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and development best practices.
AI Use in Hiring

As part of our hiring process, this role may use artificial intelligence or automated tools to assist in reviewing and screening applications. These tools support, but do not replace, human judgment in hiring decisions.

Role Type

This is a backfill position.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is CAD $85,000–$90,000. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include any other compensation components. Final offers are determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.


Requirements

Requirements

  • Education in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Excellent proficiency in Node.js and React.
  • Experience with Git and software development best practices.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience with the following technologies is an asset: TypeScript, Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, GitLab, Mocha, Puppeteer, Jest, ESLint, and Cursor.
