Lead and deliver multiple customer-facing implementation projects for Irth's platform, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications. Build customer relationships, coordinate internal teams, drive adoption, enforce processes and quality standards, handle escalations, and conduct project closeouts and continuous improvement activities.

Lead mobile QA strategy for iOS and Android: design and scale automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest), integrate test suites into CI/CD, test on real devices via BrowserStack, perform API and exploratory/manual testing, analyze defects, and mentor junior QA engineers to ensure performance, stability, and excellent UX.
