Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day charter operations, ensure smooth communication between clients, brokers, and operators, and manage logistics for each flight from booking through post-flight follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate private jet flight logistics — including scheduling, permits, and ground handling.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and operators throughout the trip lifecycle.
  • Monitor active flights to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
  • Review and verify flight documents, confirmations, and invoices.
  • Support the sales and brokerage team with quotes, trip sheets, and updates.
  • Handle urgent operational needs, including after-hours support when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for all charter trips.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in charter operations, aviation dispatch, or travel coordination is preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; French is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with aviation software is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends as flights require).

Présentation du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) des Opérations attentif(ve) aux détails pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine croissance. Dans ce rôle, vous soutiendrez les opérations quotidiennes de charters, assurerez une communication fluide entre les clients, les courtiers et les opérateurs, et gérerez la logistique de chaque vol depuis la réservation jusqu’au suivi post-vol.

Responsabilités clés

  • Coordonner la logistique des vols privés, y compris la planification, les autorisations et la gestion au sol.
  • Servir de principal point de contact pour les clients et les opérateurs tout au long du cycle du vol.
  • Surveiller les vols en cours pour garantir des départs et arrivées à l’heure.
  • Vérifier et valider les documents de vol, confirmations et factures.
  • Soutenir l’équipe commerciale et de courtage avec les devis, feuilles de route et mises à jour.
  • Gérer les besoins opérationnels urgents, y compris le support hors heures normales si nécessaire.
  • Maintenir des dossiers et rapports précis pour tous les vols charter.

Exigences

  • Expérience préalable dans les opérations de charter, la répartition aérienne ou la coordination de voyages est souhaitée.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans des situations sensibles au temps.
  • Grandes compétences organisationnelles et attention aux détails.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais ; le français est un atout.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office / Google Workspace ; expérience avec des logiciels aéronautiques un plus.
  • Capacité à travailler des horaires flexibles (certains soirs/week-ends selon les vols).
