As a key member of the finance team, you will play a pivotal role in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, with a strong focus on consolidating results across multiple subsidiaries. You will contribute to producing accurate, timely reporting and providing meaningful insights into financial performance.

In this role, you will ensure compliance with accounting standards while collaborating closely with stakeholders to analyze business initiatives, support strategic projects, and respond to ad-hoc financial inquiries. In this role you will:

  • Ensure the accurate and compliant application of IFRS accounting standards across all financial reporting activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of monthly and year-end financial statements.
  • Develop detailed analyses and reconciliations to support financial results and key variances.
  • Partner on cross-functional and international initiatives, supporting finance teams across global entities.
  • Participate in special projects, driving insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate on multimedia tax credit claims, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • CPA designation completed or in progress.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in IFRS standards and financial consolidation principles.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Bilingual in English and French (oral and written), with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and curiosity to navigate complex ERP systems.

Dans ce rôle tu devras:

  • Assurer l’application rigoureuse et conforme des normes comptables IFRS dans l’ensemble des activités de reporting financier;
  • Contribuer à la préparation et à la consolidation des états financiers mensuels et de fin d’exercice;
  • Élaborer des analyses détaillées et des rapprochements afin d’expliquer les résultats financiers et les écarts significatifs;
  • Collaborer à des initiatives transversales et internationales, en soutenant les équipes financières à l’échelle mondiale;
  • Participer à divers projets spéciaux en apportant des analyses clés pour appuyer la prise de décision stratégique;
  • Contribuer aux demandes de crédits d’impôt multimédias, en veillant à leur exactitude et à leur conformité réglementaire.

Ce que nous recherchons:

  • Titre CPA complété ou en cours d’obtention;
  • 2 + ans d’expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire;
  • Maîtrise des normes IFRS et des principes de consolidation financière;
  • Capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes, avec une grande attention aux détails;
  • Très organisé·e, adaptable et capable de gérer des priorités multiples dans un environnement dynamique;
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit), avec une approche proactive, orientée solutions et une curiosité pour évoluer dans des systèmes ERP complexes.

En tant que membre clé de l’équipe finance, tu joueras un rôle essentiel dans la préparation et l’analyse des états financiers mensuels, avec un accent marqué sur la consolidation des résultats de plusieurs filiales. Tu contribueras à la production de rapports fiables et en temps opportun, ainsi qu’à la génération d’analyses pertinentes sur la performance financière.

Dans ce rôle, tu assureras la conformité aux normes comptables tout en collaborant étroitement avec les parties prenantes afin d’analyser les initiatives d’affaires, de soutenir des projets stratégiques et de répondre à des demandes ponctuelles.
