About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Sales Executives and manage corporate events. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Central Time Zone within the USA.

What You'll Do:Executive Support
  • Provide administrative support to sales executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare reports and sales documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Event Planning & Coordination
  • Plan and execute internal & external sales events, client meetings, and sales offsites.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, handling last-minute changes and troubleshooting as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting sales executives or in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Bilingual fluency in Spanish, with a strong emphasis on written communication, is required
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Slack, Coupa, Navan).
    • Event planning and project management experience.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Discretion in handling sensitive business information.
    • Ability to travel a few times a year.

Pay Transparency
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. Motive offers benefits including health, pharmacy, optical and dental care benefits, paid time off, sick time off, short term and long term disability coverage, life insurance as well as 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside. For this role, the compensation range is:

United States
$69,000$95,000 USD
