Partners with Account Executives to support mid-market sales through discovery, customized product demonstrations, solution design, RFI/RFP responses, competitive positioning, and value-based customer advising. Translates technical and operational challenges into measurable business outcomes while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Requires customer-facing pre-sales experience, SaaS or hardware knowledge, API and integration familiarity, strong communication, analytical skills, and 15–20% travel.

Conduct red team operations, adversary simulations, penetration testing, and offensive security assessments across cloud environments. Evaluate cloud infrastructure, IAM, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and cloud-native services; identify attack paths and configuration weaknesses; validate detection and response capabilities; track emerging attacker techniques; and drive remediation through concise reporting and stakeholder communication.

Build and maintain GTM data pipelines, marts, semantic models, and dashboards supporting headcount planning, quota attainment, pipeline, and sales effectiveness. Partner with GTM analysts and stakeholders to establish trusted metrics, document data systems, enable self-service analytics, and develop AI-powered natural-language data tools. Translate complex data concepts for executives and engineers while advancing the GTM data roadmap.

Manage business operations for the Services organization, including Implementation, Installation, and Customer Education. Optimize workflows, monitor performance, manage recurring business processes, produce Salesforce reports, and lead strategic projects that improve customer experience and team efficiency. Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and leadership on forecasting, territory alignment, QBRs, resource allocation, and operational decision-making in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Identify attack paths involving IAM, secrets, metadata, automation, and configuration weaknesses. Validate detection and response capabilities with blue teams, track emerging attacker techniques, and drive remediation through concise reporting and stakeholder communication.

Lead hardware and embedded security for Motive devices: establish secure-by-default baselines (boot chain, firmware, FOTA, manufacturing), perform threat modeling and architecture reviews, define security requirements, drive remediation with hardware teams, and build scalable security components and automation across device lifecycle and cloud-connected infrastructure.

Lead and develop a Canada-based Solutions Engineering team to enable mid-market, enterprise, and strategic sales through demos, trial workflows, technical guidance, RFP responses, cross-functional partnership, and value-based selling to drive revenue.

Lead Canada account management and customer success teams to drive retention, renewals, and enterprise expansion. Build scalable programs, coach and recruit talent, align executives, partner cross-functionally (Sales Ops, Product, Support), track pipeline and forecasting, serve as escalation sponsor, and optimize processes to maximize net revenue retention and customer value realization.

Lead and grow an enterprise SaaS sales team across Canada: hire, coach, plan territory and accounts, drive pipeline and ACV targets, engage strategic prospects, enforce CRM and sales processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to close Fortune 500 and large enterprise deals.
