As the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Executive Chairman, you will be a key strategic partner in ensuring alignment between executive priorities and company-wide initiatives. Acting as a true right-hand person, this role requires deep business acumen, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to connect dots across the organization to drive impact at the highest levels of leadership.

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO & Executive Chairman, you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO and Executive Chairman, helping to prioritize and align efforts with broader strategic goals.
- Inform and advise leadership by synthesizing and translating critical business insights into actionable strategies.
- Capture and follow up on key action items, ensuring accountability and progress on executive priorities.
- Act as a key liaison between executives and senior leaders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on strategic initiatives.
- Support board meeting logistics and communication with board members
- Lead special projects that contribute to business success, working cross-functionally to solve challenges and drive initiatives forward.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters.
- Act as a "company antenna," identifying emerging business priorities, challenges, and opportunities before they become critical.
Here’s what will qualify you for the role:
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and experience handling sensitive, confidential information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.

- A postsecondary education or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to anticipate leadership needs.
- Experience coordinating board meetings and preparing executive-level presentations.
