If you excel at navigating complex business landscapes, influencing without authority, and driving initiatives forward, this is the role for you.

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO & Executive Chairman, you will:

  • Act as a key liaison between executives and senior leaders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on strategic initiatives.
  • Support board meeting logistics and communication with board members
  • Lead special projects that contribute to business success, working cross-functionally to solve challenges and drive initiatives forward.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters.

Here’s what will qualify you for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and experience handling sensitive, confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.

What will make you stand out:

  • A postsecondary education or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to anticipate leadership needs.
  • Experience coordinating board meetings and preparing executive-level presentations.

Do you think you can bring this role to life? Or add your own color? You don’t need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skillsets are transferable.
